Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Normal, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role provides a unique opportunity to be involved in the accounts payable process and contribute to the overall financial operations of our organization.Responsibilities: Handle daily invoice processing in conjunction with various departments. Maintain and update customer credit records in an organized and efficient manner. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts payable. Actively engage in the accounts payable approval process with managers. Handle the processing of expense reports and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Assist staff with the usage of our Concur travel expenses system. Ensure all accounting functions and tasks are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize accounting software systems effectively to process and record transactions. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
