The Analyst will support the VP and Ad of Operations, as well as provide wholistic account support. This role requires strong organizational/project management skills and an understanding of Media and Finance.Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day execution of media campaigns, including trafficking, monitoring, and reporting across various platforms.
Support project timelines and deliverables by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure media campaigns are launched on schedule.
Assist in managing workflow and communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution while identifying potential risk
Reconcile vendor invoices and media expenses, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with the finance team.
Assist in budget tracking and media spend forecasting to ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad delivery and campaign performance.
Develop and maintain documentation related to day-to-day execution of media campaigns and reconciliation process
Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Media planning experience
Working knowledge of PC
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, in writing, or in person (inclusive of external partners)
Enthusiastic team player, with ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude, collaborate, and work on own initiative and occasionally unsupervised
Strong project management and organizational skills
