Oversee sales and admission activity for designated North Alabama centers located in Arab, Boaz, Huntsville, Oneonta, Oxford, Pell City, and Winfield

Support RDSM with such activities as: gathering business intel, participating in/leading sales team and Diversicare conference calls, coordinating high level sales appointments

Responsible for making sales calls and driving business growth in designated geographical area

Responsible for the training, leading, coaching and growth of direct reports

Responsible for monthly field rides with each assigned sales team member

Develop and manage Key Account assignments, including but not limited to physicians, hospitals, and other key market segments as determined with RDSM

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Decision Makers, Decision Influencers, and other Contacts as possible and appropriate, including ACO, BPCI, and community partners

Demonstrate loyalty and leadership with both customers and Diversicare team members

Thoroughly and accurately complete and/or submit any required reports and documentation

Consistently gather and analyze sales team reports from sales team

Identify opportunities for developing new business

Communicate effectively with customers to determine services and care that best meet their needs, for the right care in the right place at the right time

Collaborate with Key Accounts and team members to facilitate open communication

Meet or exceed goals as determined with RDSM

Accurately and effectively represent Centers and Diversicare

Demonstrate growth in Account utilization of Center services over time

Exhibit leadership qualities with sales team

Assist in managing referrals and admissions as needed

Collaborate with the RDSM on the hiring and firing of sales team members

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence with activity and behavior that supports the Diversicare Mission, Values, and Service Standards

Qualifications

Ability to work with individuals at all levels both within the organization and with outside contacts.

Adequate computer skills for required data entry, reports and communication.

Have or develop an understanding of financial options for Skilled Nursing coverage in order to explain options to potential patients/residents and family members.

Comply with HIPAA as this position may have access to protected health information in the resident’s clinical and financial records, to conduct job duties.

Nurse preferred.
