BI Report Developer - User Experience

We’re building a new customer interface for a leading utility company, with a focus on new customers, billing, scheduling, and construction services. With continuous feature rollouts and enhancements, the team wants to measure the real impact for users.

As the BI Report Developer on this project, you’ll be responsible for identifying core KPIs that will be used to measure changes to user experience. Your technical expertise will unlock important insights for diverse stakeholders, driving progress on important initiatives.

• You can research, analyze, and recommend technical solutions
• You create architectural documentation describing proposed solutions
• You provide professional, polished presentations to the company as a whole
• You can architect complex BI solutions, directing others in development efforts

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience and strong abilities with PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Dashboards, etc.
• Experience working with large datasets (over 100 million rows)
• Experience developing data dictionaries and performing data lineage
• Experience setting up reporting infrastructure is a huge plus
• Strong DAX experience
• MS/CS or equivalent work experience
