Selling used vehicles at dealership locations and at special sales events
Offer and sell after-market products to car sales customers
Generate new business by making sales calls to referral sources (Daily Rental Branches, Credit Unions and other referral sources) and expand the Car Sales market share
Articulate the mission of the organization; set long and short term goals; define specific objective that will help achieve the organization goals
Manage referrals and conduct customer follow-up and build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
Build client relationships and develop new ones
Interpret information in both fact finding and during needs assessment meetings
Understand and provide timely custom car sales solutions
Communicate relevant information/ideas/data in a clear, accurate and concise manner, while checking for understanding
Coordinate somewhat complex decision-making process and overcome objections to closure
Organize, analyze and schedule assignments to meet known priorities, sales activities and critical work deadlines
Changes the overall plan, goal or project to fit the situation
Meet and assist in developing sales goals

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the last 3 years
Must be willing to take and pass a drug test prior to employment offer
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) within the past 3 years
