I look forward to helping you discover your next career where you can make a difference in the senior community.Adecco Healthcare is searching for a caring and dedicated Care Navigator to join our client's team based in Birmingham, Alabama 35206.Compensation$18.00-20.00 per hour.Job SummaryThe Care Navigator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for our members and their families. Responsibilities include guiding members seamlessly through the check-in process and addressing their care needs from start to finish.Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and assist members upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported.

Update member information in electronic medical records.

Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a diverse care team.

Aid members with electronic paperwork and document uploads.

Handle inquiries from prospective and current members and their families.

Manage incoming calls and provide detailed messages to the appropriate parties.

Support center events as required.

Required Skills & Abilities

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Passion for delivering high-quality care experiences for senior members.

Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups including staff, providers, members, and vendors.

Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and electronic medical records.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills.

Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

Education & Experience

Required: Minimum one year of clinical or similar work experience.

Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred: Experience with EMR systems, such as EClinicalWorks is advantageous.
