Your everyday duties are centered on making sure residential homes run smoothly and are well-maintained. Every day is filled with a variety of tasks and difficulties. You begin by going over work orders. You have to respond quickly to maintenance requests from landlords or tenants, taking care of things like general repairs, appliance maintenance, plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, electrical troubleshooting and more. In addition, you have to make sure you have the necessary tools and supplies needed to finish the tasks at hand. In order to coordinate repairs and guarantee client satisfaction, communication is essential when interacting with project managers, tenants, and other contractors. Being flexible and adaptable is essential because every day brings new challenges that call for effective time management and problem-solving abilities. As a 1099 Residential Maintenance Contractor, your overall objective is to deliver dependable, superior service, guaranteeing that residential homes are kept up to date and cozy for the tenants.
