Chimney Needs Removed

I need to have this chimney removed. It's made of about 26 round cinder blocks that are shaped like a tire and stacked on top of each other to form the chimney. The last 9 or 10 on the bottom don't seem to have morter around them. Hopefully, they can just be unstacked. Scaffolds are set up besied the house to get on the roof.
