Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a dynamic job shop environment. You will be responsible for machining equipment and parts for various clients and projects. This role requires expertise in setting up and operating 4 Axis CNC Lathes, utilizing GCode and Fusion 360, and working with blueprints, 3D drawings, and live tooling.Responsibilities
Set up and operate 4 Axis CNC Lathes using GCode and Fusion 360.
Follow blueprints, 3D drawings, and live tooling instructions.
Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools to ensure accurate machining.
Perform turning and threading of materials with precision.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience setting up, programming, and running CNC Lathes and CNC Mills.
Proficiency in working with precision measurements such as calipers, micrometers, and tolerances.
Ability to work with 4 axis machines.
Experience in GCode programming and Fusion 360.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and 3D drawings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in threading and turning.
Ability to work independently and manage your own machine.
Potential to grow into a leadership role within the department.
