(Description)A rapidly growing Septic Systems company in Auburn, WA is currently hiring for a Construction Recruiter who will focus on the people and recruiting part of the HR realm. If you have the experience in managing ALL aspects of recruiting from A to Z for a $25M+ revenue business, we would love to talk with you. We're looking for someone with a big personality to support this rapidly growing business. Really looking for someone to take on and own the "People" portion of the HR role. On top of recruiting for various positions within septic, electrical, construction and servicing, they need to be able to relate and build genuine relationships with these people so that they feel supported within the workplace.Must reside near Auburn, WA as this position is 100% onsite. No relocation offered at this time for out of state candidatesPay: $70k/yr. - $75k/yr. (Depending on relevant industry experience, tenure, job titleetc.)Location: 100% onsite in Auburn, WAShift: Standard PST Morning Shift Monday - FridayDirect Placement Opportunity (Permanent)(Key Responsibilities) Directly initiate contact with both active and passive job candidates as assigned for specific searches Develop a strong relationship with the hiring manager and business leaders. Create an applicant pool using such resources as job boards, networking, search engines, diversity groups, and other various sources. Analyze and evaluate the information provided on a candidate's application form. Conduct personal and phone interviews to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment. Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and others as needed. Perform further reference investigation and related testing, if applicable, i.e., prior employment references, transcripts, etc. Coordinates hiring and onboarding activities such as drug screens, physicals, start date, etc. Coordinates offer letter and salary rates with HR Manager Acts as liaison with area employment agencies, preparation, and liaison with advertising agencies, liaison with temporary and permanent placement agencies, and employee referral program. Compile and distribute reports on employment activity, and established metrics for measuring recruitment activities. Create and update all job descriptions Updates HRIS system information for new hires/closed positions. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.(Job Requirements)

2-3+ years of experience in HR and Employment Recruiting or related activities

Must have relevant experience recruiting within construction or septic/electrical field)

Must have previous manufacturing / skilled trades relevant industry experience

Basic knowledge of labor law as it applies to recruiting

Experience with social networking sites (i.e., LinkedIn, Search Engines, Job Boardsetc.) as tools for recruiting activities

Work effectively in both individual and team-based settings and projects

Demonstrated time management expertise and ability to balance multiple priorities

Self-starter, confident, outgoing, persuasive, persistent, responsive, and accountable

Solid working understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
