Coordinator, Sr. Program & Training at SomatusRemoteSummary:The Coordinator, Sr. Program and Training , reporting to the Director, Training, will assist in coordinating training(s) and resources required for new and existing implementations, workflows, and processes. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the trainers, program department, quality department, and in particular, the Program Implementation Coordinator to ensure stakeholders are aligned and processes are streamlined across markets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, task due date(s), and major milestone timelines for assigned projects within Smartsheet.
Support the creation of PowerPoint, Visio, and Word Document training, program, and quality materials as needed for classes, meetings, and staff development.
Contribute to training content and development related to operational workflows for field-based, multidisciplinary care teams.
Assist with analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of trainings using educational principles and training methods or activities, such as tech-based learning, simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, case studies, etc.
Maintain and update a library of training curricula and materials.
Coordinate with stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track for timely completion.
Coordinate with program managers (RN, NP, SW, RD, PHA disciplines) to implement training on any new and updated processes and implementations.
Work alongside clinical and training directors to establish project roadmaps and determine staff task assignments.
Ensure on-time completion of deliverables in conjunction with program and training directors and teams.
Facilitate and coordinate meetings as needed, documenting summaries and communicating next steps to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure (in collaboration with program and training directors) that deliverables meet company policies and procedures, NCQA, MOC, CMS, and SLA requirements per our contracts and accreditations.

Experience training interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or another applicable field.
Project management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Extensive knowledge and proficiency with all Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledgeable in the use of Smartsheet or other project planning platform(s).
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with minimal oversight.
Ability to handle ambiguity and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key members of other departments within the organization.

Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
