Summary:
The Counter Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the counter sales team provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Participates in the hiring of new employees, and responsible for training and assigning daily work activities.
What You'll Do:Provide leadership and direct supervision to a team of counter sales employees to achieve the highest possible levels of customer serviceParticipate in all aspects of hiring new employees. Responsible for training and coordinating daily activitiesIn conjunction with the Branch Manager, responsible for the counter sales budget and profitabilityResponsible for driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationshipsResponsible for daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organizedStay informed and educated on product knowledgeMay fill in for counter sales employees, other warehouse roles, and make deliveries as neededPerform other duties as assigned
