Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to act as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal departments. This role ensures that client inquiries are handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer support.ResponsibilitiesServe as the key liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and service issues.Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions via phone and email.Document customer interactions and track issues through to resolution.Identify and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to improve customer satisfaction.Provide feedback to management on trends and areas for process improvement.
