Maxim Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Auburn, MA who is currently seeking an RN/LPN to assist them on a contractual basis.Details of the position include:Location: Auburn, MADuration: 4/19 - 6/29 (possibility to go longer)Facility Type: Day Hab ProgramSchedule: Fri & Sat, 10p - 8aResponsibilities:+ + You would be responsible for doing morning medications, g-tube, and assisting with personal care of the individuals they serve.
Administers nursing care to disabled adults
Ability to monitor changes and maintain accurate medical records
Ability to professionally communicate with parents, guardians and residential providers
Participates in interdisciplinary team reviews
Staff training and MAP training
Requirements:
Licensed RN/LPN through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
Experience with target population preferred
Must be able to pass a CORI, Fingerprint, and driving record check
Able to communicate professionally
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
