- Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or other technology-related fields.
- 3+ years of designing, automating, and optimizing business processes utilizing Enterprise Workflow tools such as Ushur, Appian, Pega, or Camunda.
- 2+ years of data solution development and documentation experience with a focus on quality, performance, scalability, and resilience using Microsoft SQL Server technology stack.
- 2+ years of experience in designing with HTML and CSS.
- 2+ years of experience developing ETL solutions for a wide variety and number of data sources.
- 2+ years of experience using TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira for data solution management and delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in CRUD via REST APIs
- Business workflow or architect certification.
- Experience using APIs as a data ingestion source.
- Familiarity with telecom omnichannel best practices (SMS/text, voice, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory/compliance (HIPAA, TCPA, etc.)
- Familiarity with other data-related Microsoft Data or Azure-related technologies.
- Familiarity using ServiceNow for incident, change, and release management.
- Familiarity using Tableau or PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman tool.
