Resolves data or process variances per procedure. Coordinates with manufacturer requests for data / record updates. Maintains process for managing user requests.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support requests to resolve BECS / Application data incidents and functional questions

Adhere to data incident resolution procedures

Provide support to configuration team to implement changes

Maintain and track work request and established turnaround time

Resolve requests and or coordinate solution with internal or third parties

Continue to build and develop and administrative working knowledge of application function and configuration capability

Assemble necessary updates and reports and provide to supervisor

Flexibility with work schedule and able to work periodic late nights or be on call weekends if necessary

Responds to support requests, delivers on change requests, liaisons with internal teams & vendors to complete tasks and supports / implements change

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Strong knowledge base capable of providing solutions for multiple apps or equipment, working knowledge of plasma collection applications, good understanding of quality systems.

This position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
