This role involves educating potential candidates about our company culture, equipment, routes, and career opportunities while guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process from the first call to orientation. No prior experience in recruiting or trucking is necessary; we're prioritizing the right attitude, coachability, and a willingness to learn.Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standardsCold call and respond to calls quicklyPre-screen potential applicantsInform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offerSchedule driver orientations and trainingRun reports such as background checks MVR and DAC reports as well as other administrative dutiesUtilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
