Experienced Carpenter/General Contractor

LIXIL is currently seeking an experienced carpenter or general contractor to join our team for a residential repair initiative in Lowndes County, Alabama. This opportunity is part of an 80-home plumbing retrofit program known as iPIP. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing basic repair services to homes, addressing issues stemming from plumbing problems such as floorboard replacements, drywall repairs, light painting, and related tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential repair services as outlined by LIXIL, focusing on tasks such as floorboard replacements, drywall repair, and light painting.

Coordinate closely with LIXIL and other partners to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and specifications.

Maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach while interacting with homeowners and other partners.

Ensure timely completion of jobs

Requirements:

10+ years in construction

Valid driver's license

Proven experience as a carpenter or general contractor, with a strong portfolio of residential repair work.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Willingness to accept sporadic, small-scale jobs and integrate them efficiently into existing schedules.

Responsive and punctual in communications and job completion timelines.

Comfortable working in Lowndes County, Alabama, and surrounding areas.
