Description Job Description:Our company is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Financial Analyst to support our esteemed client - Starbucks. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding and skills in Accounting, Data Mining, Budgeting, Forecasting, and MS Excel. Being one of our largest and premier consortiums, your primary responsibilities shall comprise managing financial functions and cultivating comradery between the ground operations and the main Accounting team, located in Nashville.Primary Responsibilities include: Rendering the role of conduit- a connecting link between the field operations and the accounting team stationed in Nashville. Scrutinizing, evaluating, and streamlining the account details pertaining to Starbucks which stands as one of our largest portfolios. Managing the month-end processes and journal entries diligently. Showcasing a mastery of MS Excel and utilizing it for executing multiple tasks. Drawing insightful analytical data via proficient data mining techniques and identifying key data points. Constructing, managing, and overseeing budgets. Accurately forecasting financial outcomes and making appropriate recommendations. Delivering ad-hoc analysis as needed by the organization or by the client. Calculating cost per units/orders and conducting labor analysis. Utilizing a strong mathematical/analytical background to provide robust and comprehensive analysis.Requirements Requirements: Substantial professional experience in financial analysis and reporting. Proven expertise in MS Excel and other related software. Strong experience in journal entries, month-end duties, and other accounting tasks. Aptitude in data mining, budgeting, and forecasting. Robust analytical and mathematical skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and act as a liaison between varying teams. Ability to work on ad-hoc projects and deliver with different deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to manage a large individual account like Starbucks independently.
