Description We are in need of a Financial Analyst II (Tier II) to join our team, providing crucial financial services within our organization. Operating remotely, but based in Auburn, Maine, you will be tasked with maintaining meticulous financial records, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and ensuring efficient communication with internal and external partners.Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications. Maintain meticulous financial records, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or errors. Conduct verification checks on all assigned accounts monthly, ensuring any necessary corrections are identified and reported in a timely manner. Develop and implement strategic processes to ensure accurate results, applying critical thought to independently problem solve. Communicate effectively, clearly expressing and explaining analytical data to internal and external business partners. Adapt to changes in procedure and follow standard operating processes related to timely payment and reconciliation procedures. Collaborate with internal and external areas to ensure proper billing procedures and functions are supported and followed. Promote financial health within the organization by collaborating with internal and external members. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the reconciliation process, applying this knowledge effectively within the role. Requirements Must possess excellent Customer Service skills. Strong Communication abilities required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a necessity. Demonstrated expertise in Planning and Procedures. Ability to conduct thorough Research is essential. Knowledge of About Time software is preferred. Must have a solid understanding of Finance principles and practices. Experience with Reconciliations and Billing procedures is required. Familiarity with Check Processing is a plus. Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as needed. Must possess exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with various Methods of financial analysis is advantageous. Ability to work well with Partners and stakeholders. Verification and cross-checking skills are crucial. Must be comfortable Collaborating with teams and departments. High level of Proficiency in financial software and tools. Experience working with Business Partners on financial projects. Must possess Effective Communication skills. A mindset of Innovation and continuous improvement is desired. Familiarity with EXPRESS financial system is a plus. Must have strong Analytical Skills. Written Communication skills should be of a high standard. Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
