General Contractors/Subcontractors/Partnership

ServiceMaster by Reed, a Disaster Restoration company servicing AL, FL and GA is seeking General Contractors for our Dothan, AL office. Contract with us either as a subcontractor or a partnership.

Requirements:

Independent general contractors with at least 3 years of experience in management, property insurance claims estimating & negotiating and billing via Xactimate.

Must be licensed and insured. No others need to apply.

Responsibilities:

Planning: Meeting with clients to assess their needs

Managing: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the construction site

Inspecting: Ensuring that the project is progressing as planned

Providing materials: Ensuring that the project has the necessary materials, labor, and equipment

Compliance: Ensure the project complies with building codes and permits

Safety: Ensure the health and safety of the work site and employees

Hiring subcontractors: Hire and manage subcontractors for specialized tasks

Communicating: Communicating with clients to answer questions or concerns
