Handyman needed for 5 Rental Houses in Mobile

I'm looking for a local handyman who can maintain my 5 rental houses. Every month there's a list of small and medium repairs needed. Sometimes paint, trim, roof. Sometimes bathroom or kitchen fixes.

This week I need help with rats that damaged hvac ducting and another house needs smoke detectors installed.
