Description We are offering a role based in Auburn, California, 95603, United States for an individual to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This role operates within the ADP - Financial Services industry and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a HR Assistant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to ADP Workforce Now, Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and other HR related functions.Responsibilities: Assist in the administration of ADP - Financial Services, ensuring all HR processes are carried out efficiently and effectively Utilize ADP Workforce Now and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode to manage and coordinate HR tasks Provide support in Ceridian and HRMS operations, ensuring all HR data is accurately recorded and maintained Assist in 'About Time' management, tracking employee hours and productivity Participate in Benefit Functions administration, ensuring all employee benefits are properly managed and maintained Provide support in Compensation Administration, ensuring all employee compensations are accurately calculated and distributed Ensure Compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations, preventing any legal issues or violations Facilitate Employee Relations, resolving any employee issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
