Pay will depend on experience. Pay can be per install or full time employee. If full time must be able to run service calls. Must have a drivers license, pass a background check, be clean cut, and have a vehicle.

If you come on for pay per install you must have your own tools and be EPA certified. You can have your own helpers but you will be responsible to pay them out of your check.

If you come on as a full time employee, you must know how to install HVAC equipment. Must be capable to run service calls with minimal guidance, willing to work overtime when needed and to be on call as needed.
