- Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to technical support.
- Must be able to type quickly and accurately.
- With training, the candidate can gather facts and data to be used in the triage of issues with our Electronic Payment Portal (EPP) and the entire payment platform.
- Critical thinking, as it applies to problems with the reconciliation of bank accounts.
- A basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft products, Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
- Implement, train, and support new customers.
- Provides basic professional support to our clients using remote tools like LogMeIn Rescue.
- Provides support for the implementation of any new payment technologies to our clients over the phone or by email.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Applied Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, C#, C, Java, Python, JSON, SQL, and other web-related languages.
- Minimum experience with GitHub or similar program code repositories.
