Landscape/Pool/Vacation Rental Prep

This position is seeking a responsible, clean-cut, personable individual with an outgoing personality. Duties will include, but are not limited to maintaining a short-term rental property in a meticulous manner. Pool testing and treating, patios, pruning, prepping and regularly scheduled outdoor tasks performed, as well as turnovers throughout the week as guests check out/In. The position will be subject to a background check and a random drug testing program.

Position is part-time, starting at $15/hr.
