We’re looking for our first key hire: a motivated Residential Service Electrician who can grow into our Lead role and eventually operate as an independent contractor, managing their own team and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform residential electrical service work, including troubleshooting, installations, panel upgrades, and safety improvements.

Represent us as the professional, trustworthy face of our operation.

Build strong relationships with homeowners while ensuring every job is completed safely and to a high standard.

Help shape the local business, systems, and customer experience as we grow.

Most of our technicians choose a commission-only pay structure with generous commissions based on performance, additional work performed, and overall job profitability.

Hourly or base + commission options may be available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

Certified Journeyman with 3+ years of residential experience

Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in workmanship

Professional and reliable, with strong customer communication

Comfortable using technology for scheduling and invoicing

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated to take ownership and grow
