Maintenance Position

A well-respected national Property Management company is looking for a qualified Maintenance person

to become part of our team. We are looking for a service minded, high

energy person who is up for the challenge.

Maintenance performs all maintenance activities of a mobile home community

including grounds maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, machine and

equipment repair, basic electrical, basic HVAC, painting, drywall, installations,

remodeling, inspections, etc. The ideal candidate must have previous maintenance

experience along with strong organizational abilities, great follow-up skills,

remarkable attention to detail and who is friendly, courteous, and dependable.

Must be able to Pass a Background/ Drug test.

Must have reliable transportation. If hired, you will be asked to provide a driving record.
