We are a fast-growing, full-service restoration and construction company known for delivering high-quality work with integrity and precision. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Master Carpenter to join our team and lead a variety of residential and light commercial projects.

Position Summary:

The Master Carpenter will be responsible for executing framing, finish work, and detailed carpentry tasks with a high standard of craftsmanship. This role does not require blueprint reading, but you must be able to follow scope details and instructions provided by project managers or supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and door/window installation

Lead small crews or work independently, depending on the job

Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and cleanliness on all job sites

Communicate clearly with project coordinators and clients as needed

Drive to job sites and transport tools or materials as necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience

Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry

Clean criminal background (required)

Valid driver’s license with no at-fault accidents in the past 5 years (required)

Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and pre-employment screening

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership or crew management experience

Experience with restoration or insurance-related projects

Familiarity with job documentation tools like CompanyCam (a plus)
