Safe/experienced drivers start at .55/mile, and then we add some of the best benefits in the industry. With MBL you receive1 week of paid vacation after 9 months (Currently $1250/week), 2 more weeks paid vacation after 1 year, 3 weeks paid vacation after 3 years, and 4 weeks after 5 yearsa $1250 MINIMUM GUARANTEE per week7 paid holidays at $250/dayBCBS health and dental coverageAnnual safety bonus awarded every December ($3000 average/driver in 2024).
