Job Summary:Membership Consultants are key advocates for our medical centers, expanding our patient base within local communities. They ensure that seniors, regardless of economic status, have access to excellent medical care. Engaging directly with seniors, organizing community events, and building partnerships with referral sources, Membership Consultants play a crucial role in connecting seniors to the care they need. This role combines B2C and B2B sales with community engagement and organizational skills. Experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is a plus but not required.Duties/Responsibilities:

Drive patient enrollment by identifying and securing new patients through direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and community relationships.

Meet with seniors in various community settings to promote our healthcare mission.

Plan and execute local events to reach target patients, such as medically underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors.

Build relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers, senior housing managers, and other community providers to position us as the preferred provider for senior healthcare.

Collaborate with Community Relations on initiatives that drive patient growth.

Coordinate with health plan agents and brokers to ensure timely patient enrollment.

Use sales and marketing tools like Salesforce to track and cultivate new patients and document interactions.

Provide a monthly activity calendar and develop penetration plans for target markets.

Engage with new patients through their first appointment and maintain relationships to support retention and resolve issues.

Travel Required: Minimal (under 10%), limited to the local market.Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Experience with health plans, benefits brokers, or providers is preferred.

Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved is preferred.

Valid driver's license required.
