Position: .NET Developer Duration: 1 year with Extension Possible Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite from day1) Position Description : We need a new version of our user interface with better flow for entering data. This project will also add a new module that will capture all expenditures associated with these programs. Our fiscal division will supply these requirements and this person will need to work with them on creating the module. We are required to report all expenditures, clients and units for federal reporting. Our applications will need to be updated to the new OAAPS requirements. The Older Americans Act Performance System (OAAPS) is the new reporting tool the Administration for Community Living (ACL)/Administration on Aging (AoA) uses to monitor performance and collect information on Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III, VI (Chapters 3 and 4 grants) and VII programs. Some of the program areas are the following: Alabama Cares (support for caregivers), Title III B, Title III D, Legal Assistance, SHIP (State Health Insurance Program), SenioRx, Nutrition (MARS- Meals and Accounting Reporting System) and SMP (Senior Medicare Patrol-healthcare fraud). Skills Required Extensive working experience in Design, Development and Implementation of various Web & Windows based applications using Microsoft .NET with programming languages in VB.net and or C#. (Currently all web application are in VB.net and web services in C#) Strong understanding of .NET Framework and .NET application architecture. Java Script, CSS, HTML VB 6.0 Web services experience a plus SQL sever 2012 and 2019 Skills Preferred Crystal Reporting is a plus but not required Senior Services currently uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 but plan to upgrade to Visual Studio 2022 Team Foundation Server is the software used to mange source code. Preparing system documentation Experience Required Extensive .NET web developer in VB.net and or C#. SQL sever 2012 but plan to upgrade to 2019 Education Required .NET web developer in VB.net and or C#
