Responsible for Offnet quoting for B-end and Intra Region access, respond to requests iper agreed SLA, Large RFP support, and manage database with historical data. Support in Automation that enable Sales and Product to pull pricing directly from available tools. Work with Vendor Management team to attain vendor standard rates and On going maintenance of existing standard pricing tables. Review order prior to submittal to LEC, verify order accuracy and pursue and track margin improvement.The Main Responsibilities

Choose between the quotations received that best meets the requirements of the project and indicate what the proveedor which should give the service.

Review order prior to submittal to LEC.

Taking quote orders and request prices for this leased lines to all carriers that can provide this service in order to get the best prices, terms and quality. Responding this request by the deadline.

Work with Service Delivery to address recurring issues.

Work with Vendor Management team to attain vendor standard rates.

What We Look For in a CandidateUniversity with 2+ yrs of experience

Electrical Engineering, or Telecom-related field, Business Administration

Required knowledge and skills:

Proficient communication skills (oral and written).

Ability to build strong cross-departmental business relationships.

Operational experience in telecommunications (Provisioning, Planning, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management or Contract Management).

Some experience in interpreting terms and conditions of purchase agreements and LEC tariffs, and use that knowledge to solve problems and create opportunities.

Some experience in negotiation and leadership skills.

Experience in managing and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time.

Understanding of local access cost elements.

Customer service focus.
