PAINT - 17 Mobile Homes - Contract Work

We are updating a Foley Al mobile home community. We are seeking a painting crew to paint 13 single wide mobile homes and 4 double wide mobile homes.

Scope of Work:

Pressure Clean exterior of trailer and wood steps/deck

Caulk window and doors

Mask / protect - grounds skirting / decks / windows doors and roof

Spray exterior - One color per trailer - No trim color

Clean up overspray and grounds

PAY - LABOR ONLY -

SINGLE WIDE $575

DOUBLE WIDE $875

Labor output of 1.3 mobiles home per day.
