Part Time Help

Looking to hire a dependable person for part time work as needed at two houses about 5 miles apart. Should be work every week, but the number of hours will vary dependent upon the situation. Pay will be cash, daily. I will provide all the tools, equipment, gas, oil, materials etc. The work can be scheduled around your schedule, but I need more than just weekends and evenings. Need to have your own transportation and communications.

Work will be mowing, planting, trimming bushes and hedges, weed eating, use of chemicals, raking, digging, odd jobs and minor repairs. Might be some painting. May require using ladders, lifting, bending, carrying, use hand tools and power tools (gas and electric). Work is not normally strenuous but there may be isolated times when it is. Dust and pollen will be factors.

I am seeking someone that wants part time work, that will be there for me for this entire growing season. I am old, fair, easy going, not too difficult to please, and honest. I do not like to closely supervise. I will not take advantage of you and I expect the same. If we have work scheduled and something arises such that you have to cancel, I expect a timely call so that I will know not to buy materials or make plans. If something comes up with me, I will do the same. Thank you
