PCB Electronic Data Management (EDM) & PLM Consultant (Remote)

Job Family: Customer ServicesReq ID: 371736This candidate will be a multi-disciplinary team member and will develop design methodologies to exploit and expand the use of Siemens EDA Xpedition products. The candidate will need strong communication skills, consulting, and presenting to customers to articulate how the Siemens EDA Xpedition tool suite will help them to maximize the performance of the leading-edge technologies in their designs. The candidate will need to point out gaps in the customer's design flow and articulate what is possible to increase the customer’s design capability while driving efficiencies in their development flow to meet their Time-To-Market (TTM) goals with high quality.Finally, the candidate must have strong experience in design and data management, along with strong programming and scripting skills.Minimum Requirements:

BS degree with a strong engineering background from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge in HW & SW development.

Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and other PLMs (e.g., Windchill)

Knowledge of scripting languages.

Self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively.

Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, programming, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong knowledge of PLM methodology, tools, and design flow.

Strong knowledge of Data Management Design & library methodology , tools , and design flow .

The total cash compensation range for this position is $116,100 to $232,200, with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target . The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
