If you are an ambitious self-starter and an effective project team leader, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our organization within our Strategic Missile Defense Line of Business. Based out of either Huntsville, AL or Courtland, AL, In this role you will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical execution for a suite of products throughout production and test. You will have the pleasure of indirectly leading a strong multi-disciplined team which support component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly capabilities within our Courtland, Alabama facility. This job requires extensive cross functional communication between the manufacturing floor, quality, engineering, procurement, program management, planning, and finance. You will be responsible for day-to-day improvement activities, mid to long range strategy, and ensuring production will be fit and ready to support our customers' needs.
