Description We are in search of a Project Manager III - Service Operations based in Auburn, Maine. This role involves managing a variety of internal projects from inception to completion within our organization. You will be expected to take the lead in project planning, resource and staff management, as well as monitoring project performance and making necessary adjustments. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of diverse project data and make informed decisions based on identifiable factors. Apply comprehensive project management concepts, including organizing and tracking tasks, mitigating risks, and creating deliverables. Manage and maintain project documentation such as project charter, plan, and scope statement. Analyze patterns, trends, and correlations in data to make recommendations on company strategic issues and projects. Control and mitigate project risks by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, planning risk responses, and recommending mitigation strategies to management. Track and report key project metrics such as deliverables, financials, and duration, and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership. Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and third party vendors to align, secure buy-in, and support for diverse project stakeholders. Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes. Act with uncompromising integrity and provide outstanding service to build trusted relationships. Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments while treating each other with respect and dignity.
