Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be working with a veteran team to create an exciting new IP. You will build and maintain the project schedule, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and the Senior Producer to ensure the project is running at its fullest potential. Most importantly, you will use your passion for people and games to support the team and foster the studio culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in game or software project management
  • Superior knowledge of production pipeline
  • Familiarity with production processes, but willing to question and evolve them
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional Jira and Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Positive, collaborative and professional attitude
  • Passion for people and games
  • PMP Certification is a bonus

responsibilities:

  • Partner with game team to determine the project schedule
  • Build and maintain game schedule and detailed milestone schedules
  • Generate regular status reports and turn data into presentations
  • Regular status reporting and capacity plan updates
  • Anticipate risk and put plans in action to mitigate them
  • Work with external development partners to ensure a consistent communication flow
  • Assist the creative team in determining how long assets take to produce from start to finish
  • Maintain and uphold studio culture of collaboration, humility and communication
