Property inspections

Hello! We our charity group sponsors families with renovations and updates on properties in and around McCalla Alabama. Looking for individual to make occasional inspections with pictures and updates of status on work and repairs. Easy part time gig and we cash after each inspection thru cash app or Zelle. Car and cell phone needed. Also knowledge of remodeling/construction as we may need advice regarding permitting and other aspects to help the homeowners along with their projects we fund.
