Rf Technician

Job Title: RF TechnicianJob DescriptionSeeking an experienced RF Technician to maintain and repair a range of High Powered Amplifiers equipment operating from 10 kHz to 45 GHz. The role involves working with Solid state amplifiers, TWT based amplifiers, Tetrode Tube amplifiers, Tunable RF Cavities, and Magnetrons. The technician will be responsible for integrating, installing, servicing, and upgrading High Powered Amplifiers, and will work around high power RF and high voltage equipment. Experience in using network analyzers, CW, AM, and PM RF sources, spectrum analyzers, and antennas for RF testing is crucial. The role also includes troubleshooting and repair of high voltage power supplies and microwave equipment.Hard Skills

Experience with RF equipment (Repair, Maintenance, Installation, Integration)

Experience with Amplifier brands such as Amplifier Research (AR), Instruments of Industry (IFI), ETM Electromatic, Communications & Power Industries (CPI), Ophir, Exodus Advance, EMPower

Proficient in using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and antennas

Troubleshooting and repair of high voltage power supplies and microwave equipment

Soft Skills

Ability to work around high power RF and high voltage equipment
