Ron Jon Surf Shop in Orange Beach is now hiring for Full Time Seasonal Sales Associate. Meet people from all over the world, enjoy busy days with a wide variety of duties and work for a known industry leader.

This position has a starting pay rate of $16.00/hr. and last through Summer.

Our Sales Associates must:

Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers

Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing

Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner

Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings (depending on shift).

Able to commit to a regular schedule.
