Job Title: Director of Space Mission OperationsJob DescriptionSeeking an expert-level director for a prominent NASA program. The successful candidate will oversee both segments of MOSSI II, including payload and flight operations, as well as providing 24/7 support to the International Space Station. This role involves managing a diverse team of 400+ individuals, comprising 200 full-time employees and 200 personnel distributed across 25 subcontractors. The position requires high-level management capabilities, with the Project Manager handling technical management aspects and reporting directly to the Director.Hard Skills

15+ years of experience in program management and customer interfacing roles

Prior experience supporting NASA operations

Minimum of 9 years in supervisory or management roles

Experience in tracking profit and loss
