ServiceNow Developer

Position: ServiceNow Developer Duration: 1+ year Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite from day1) Project Description

• Responsible for supporting OIT's ServiceNow instance, including keeping the environment up to date including upgrades and patches.
• Responsible for managing and prioritizing the ServiceNow team's backlog of items in the following areas of responsibility: ITSM (incidents, problems, changes, catalog items, etc.), Discovery, GRC, Service Portal, Integrations, workflows, SLA, and Asset & Configuration management.

• JavaScript programming HTML and CSS Jelly scripting ServiceNow API development Custom application design and development

• ServiceNow Discover Certification ServiceNow Administration Certification Database design and development

• 5-7 years' experience in ServiceNow administration and development

• Bachelor's Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate. Or equivalent work experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT
