• Main support activity: IT Support Technician for Mobile Devices .
• Technician will provide End User Support for Smart Phone Devices.
• Experience with mobile device operation systems (iOS by Apple, Android).
• Must have experience installing software from App store on IOS and Android devices.
• Helping End Users install and configure Mobile Iron MDM software will encompass the majority of the work.
• Technician must be able to work on site at our Huntsville Alabama location and interact face to face with End Users.
• Technician must be able to work in a fast paced team oriented environment and work with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Excel. 1-2 years of experience preferred.
