Skilled Worker Needed for Property Preservation Work - MOBILE

We are looking for a skilled handyman or DIY worker in the Mobile/Atmore or surrounding area to handle some work on foreclosed homes. This individual should be a quick learner and/or have a team to complete some of the following types of work:

Rekey (changing locks)

Winterization (removing all water from the home)

Trashouts (removing all trash from the home)

Minor Repairs (drywall, paint, cabinets, doors, toilets, etc)

Snow Removal (if needed)

Lawn Mowing

Cleanings

Having your own equipment and a trailer/truck is a MUST. Dependable transportation is a MUST. This will be pretty consistent work over the next couple of years within a 20-50 mile radius and STARTS NOW. Pay will be per job and paid within 24 hours upon receipt of pictures.
