Ability to understand, complex problems and develop solutions.

Additional objectives of the position: Work with team to identify long-term customer focused usability improvements and internal technical improvements needing to be made to ensure products stay aligned with market needs.

Designs, develops, and implements software programming for products (internal and external) with focus on surpassing customer expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery.

Ensures the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms.

Creates, documents and executes software designs which often involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas.

Collaborates with Agile team and engages other Agile teams dispersed within the division.

Creates and maintains product documentation and procedures that are accurate and easy to understand.

Qualifications:In this section, please outline exactly what knowledge/skills, education, and experiences are required to be considered for this position.· Required education and focus: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

Required technical experience (including number of years):

o 1-5 years' experience and understanding of advanced features of C and object-oriented design

Experience with complex algorithms, and advanced data structures

Familiarity with Object oriented software architecture

Working experience in debugging a complex software stack in tools like Visual Studio / GDB

Familiarity with build and installation tools

Required industry experience (including number of years): 1-5 years exposure to CAD tools and products.

Required work experience (including number of years): 1-5 years working as part of an Agile development team that adheres to the core Agile values of transparency, collaboration, acceptance of change, and iterative development.

Required amount of travel with the position: Less that 10%

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
