Software Engineer

Job Title: Software EngineerJob DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing programs using C, Python, or similar languages. You will create and run unit tests, develop software documentation, and manage automated software builds and pipelines in a CI/CD environment. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and government customers within an Agile team environment. This involves Program Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, Feature and Story development, Sprint Planning, and Iteration Retrospectives. You will also participate in team and program Sprint review demos.Hard Skills

Developing programs using C or similar languages

Creating and running unit tests

Developing software documentation

Managing automated software builds and pipelines in a CI/CD environment

Experience with GitLab/Git for software configuration management

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS

Network programming skills (message generation, formatting, UDP and TCP/IP interfaces)

Soft Skills

Collaboration with stakeholders and government customers

Working within an Agile team environment

Participating in team and program Sprint review demos
