The Space Systems CIO PMO is seeking a Senior Enterprise Services Program Manager (ESPM) in support of the Launch and Missile Defense Systems (LMDS) Missile Defense Solutions (MDS) Business in Huntsville, Alabama. The successful candidate will have responsibility to support all hNGES services to the business unit to include oversight of operations and maintenance of existing systems and well as executing projects to stand up new capabilities. This ESPM will be the primary interface between the MDS Business Unit Leadership and the hNGES Support team. The ESPM leads all aspects of implementing innovative information technology (IT) solutions that deliver value and enable LMDS MDS strategic business initiatives. This includes leading all IT strategic planning and implementations, as well as day-to-day IT activity across the business unit. In addition, the ESPM, in coordination with Space CIO and Global Operations service lines (which together make up the hNGES), is accountable for the delivery of all services that hNGES provides, including Service Center Operations and Cyber Security. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: • Lead team of Program Managers delivering solutions to MDS • Execute Chief Information Office strategy and operational activities including service delivery, technical requirements gathering, build versus buy analysis, infrastructure solutions and project execution • Act as the CIO ambassador to program leadership, functional organizations, and site employees and advocate to represent program requirements and concerns to the Space Systems CIO PMO management • Effectively interact with members of the Enterprise Services, classified IT, and business leadership teams to optimize strategies to support goals and objectives, including managing budget and costs • Oversee proposal development, staffing plan development, product and service acquisition and delivery, teaming relationships and communication activities, thereby ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction • Coordinate testing and acceptance of CIO initiatives, pre-production and support user training, and on-going feedback • Monitor customer satisfaction with service delivery and engage CIO and Global Operations resources to assist as required to meet and exceed CIO and Global Operations service level objectives • Develop strong/empowered relationships with cross functional sector groups. Drive and influence simplification improvements while understanding business partner/program business objectives and needs. • Escalate service actions and associated delivery priorities as required. • Identify systemic technical and service delivery challenges and then coordinate solutions with CIO and Global Operations functional representatives; engage constructively to identify solutions • Develop, present, and obtain approvals for CIO budgets, project plans, and functional/business unit initiatives • Deliver leadership, peer engagement, and highly effective collaboration across the Space Systems CIO PMO supporting Space Systems sector, SDS Div and CIO enterprise initiatives and project.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related experience. • 3 years of people management experience or program management experience • Must be able to obtain Secret Collateral clearance • Must have experience in either project management, cost, budgets, or scheduling. • Must have familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations. • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify issues and solutions to those issues, and drives issues rapidly to closure. • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills. • Ability to travel to Colorado up to 15% of the time.

This position reports to Huntsville, AL, USA, however, this position can also be worked from Colorado Springs, CO, CO, USA.

Salary Range: $145,700 USD - $218,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
