Uccx Engineer

-Hands on technical experience with Cisco, UCCX and VOIP Engineering-UCCX Scripting experience required -Ability to work with vendors on solutioning/designing unique requirements for agencies.-Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and coordinating VoIP solutions.-This role requires excellent communications skills, both with team members and business contacts at different levels. Resource must be willing to share knowledge with peers who are taking tickets and providing support to end users.
